Information clause

1. The administrator, obliged to ensure that the processing of my personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the law, is the University of Wrocław, pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wrocław;

2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: IOD@uwr.edu.pl;

3. My personal data is processed for the following purposes related to my participation in mentoring program as a Mentor: recruitment process, correspondence with Careers Office, promotion of the program on social media od the University and careers Office, evaluation of the program.

4. My personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients (via Biurokarier.uwr.edu.pl, or social media to: students / graduates who want to join mentoring program as a mentee.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that:

1. My data will be kept for the period od the 12 months after finishing program`s edition I participate in. Later, Careers Office with use information about my participating in program for promotional and statistic purposes like: name, surname, name of company, picture, unless I withdraw my consent by sending an e-mail to Careers Office.

2. I have the right to request the administrator to access my personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. However, I am aware that my powers may be limited by specific legal provisions;

3. I have the right to withdraw my consent, which is the legal basis for processing, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

5. Providing personal data is a condition of participating in the program as a Mentor

6. My personal data will not be subject to automated decision making,

7 My personal data will not be profiled, i.e. the assessment of certain personal factors.
