“What is Success to you? What are you working for?”
The seventh meeting within the Entrepreneurship – Success Stories subject was conducted by Mr Junsik Yoon, CEO Yoon Group, a company specializing in large-scale industrial projects, comprehensive preparation of investment, construction supervision and project management.
A hybrid lecture provided an extraordinary opportunity to meet a very interesting person and engaging lecturer. A lecturer who wanted not only provide his lecture, but most of all – to understand the audience. Mr Junsik Yoon was focus on every person gathered in the lecture room. He was asking questions about career planes, values and …definitions of success. Because different colours of success turned out to be the main clue of the lecture. What does a success mean to you? How would you recognize that you achieve success? How important a career is in your life? And what about a family and friends? No simple answers, only sharing own experience and asking open questions.
I appreciate Mr Yoon`s openness to talk to our students after the lecture. Every person who attended the lecture had chance to ask additional questions or even ask about career`s possibilities in Yoon Group. And I know from a good source, that some talks started after the lecture will be continued during an interview?. And this is how network (and proactivity) works!
