CRC. Corporate Readiness Cerificate

The CRC Program includes a series of training courses conducted in Polish or English (on-site or online) by experts in IT and business. During these courses, participants develop practical skills and explore the latest technologies and ways of working. Each year, the course offering is updated to reflect business trends in management and IT.

Successful completion of a course and meeting the program requirements results in a certificate valued by employers. For some streams, we also issue digital credentials.

The 13th edition of the Program is organized by three technology companies:

Accenture, ING Hubs Poland i Kyndryl.

Who are we targeting with the CRC Program?

Students – if you are studying and want to tie your immediate professional future to the IT industry, checking your own capabilities beforehand.

Graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) – if you want to boost your confidence by developing
the practical skills currently in demand in the IT job
