The Mentoring Program is based on the informal relationship that the Mentor / Mentor establishes with Mentee.
A mentor is an experienced employee, a specialist with high professional competences, who wants to share his knowledge and experience. Mentee is a student of the University of Wrocław who are ready to develop their professional competences and improve their interpersonal skills.
In every edition Mentor and Mentee meet min. 5 times.
The purpose of these meetings is to share a knowledge and experience with a young person who is just entering the area of professional work.
During the meetings a Mentor does not impose his or her opinion and does not give all the answers. It is an inspiration for Mentee and helps in discovering potential, indicates development opportunities, and provides feedback.
