A few words about me...
I’m a graduate of the University of Wrocław with a passion for connecting people with opportunities and helping them grow. For many years, I’ve been involved in recruitment and talent development, always focusing on people their goals, ambitions, and potential.
Currently, I’m part of the e-commerce world, leading end-to-end recruitment and shaping employer branding strategies. You can often meet me at career fairs, where together with Limango we inspire and attract new talents.
I love creating great candidate experiences from the first contact to the final offer and building relationships based on trust, curiosity, and genuine interest in people. I also use technology and data to make recruitment smarter, faster, and more engaging.
“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
I want to help students confidently navigate the world of recruitment and kickstart their careers. During our sessions, we’ll focus on practical strategies for preparing for interviews, making a strong impression on employers, and landing that important first role. I’ll also guide students in building a professional and impactful LinkedIn profile, leveraging social media effectively, and creating a personal brand that truly attracts opportunities.
But it’s not just about getting a job it’s about growing both professionally and personally. In our workshops, we’ll explore how to think strategically about career choices, develop creative approaches to problem-solving, strengthen communication skills, and understand the power of collaboration in an international environment.
I want these sessions to be interactive, inspiring, and filled with practical exercises that students can immediately apply. My goal is for every participant to leave not only with actionable tools for recruitment, but also with greater confidence in their abilities, a clearer sense of their potential, and genuine excitement about their future career path.
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
Imagine our collaboration as an interactive journey, where we work together as equals, discuss ideas openly, and learn from each other’s experiences. Students actively participate, share insights, and experiment with new approaches in a safe and supportive environment. I will share practical strategies on how to prepare for interviews, make a strong impression on employers, and land their first roles. Together, we will uncover hidden talents, recognize personal strengths, and turn them into real career opportunities. We’ll also address common fears around recruitment conversations and build genuine self-assurance, so every student feels prepared and empowered to succeed.
Through open discussions, practical simulations, and hands-on activities, learning becomes engaging, inspiring, and immediately applicable to real-life situations. My goal is for every student to leave feeling confident, motivated, and equipped with actionable tools to navigate their career journey successfully — ready to step into the professional world with clarity, energy, and belief in their own potential.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
Imagine a place where every idea matters, questions are welcome, and you can learn from others and from yourself. A place where stepping into the job market doesn’t feel scary, but exciting, and where you discover your hidden talents and strengths. This is our workshop a space to practice, experiment, make mistakes without pressure, and build confidence step by step.
In relation with people, I focus on collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect. Together, we’ll share experiences, practice real recruitment scenarios, and learn how to make a strong first impression on employers. By the end, every participant leaves not only with practical tools but also with confidence, energy, and motivation to take their next steps in their career.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I invite students who are curious, motivated, and ready to explore their potential to join me on this journey. Together, we’ll uncover hidden talents, build confidence, and take the first real steps toward your professional career.
Think of this as a hands-on, interactive playground for your future: we’ll experiment with interview strategies, master LinkedIn and personal branding, and turn your skills into opportunities that really count. I’ll be your guide and coach, supporting you every step of the way, making learning fun, practical, and empowering. By the end, you won’t just leave with tips you’ll leave ready to shine in the professional world.

A few words about me...
I am a mentor, trainer, and leadership development consultant.
For over eight years, I have been helping specialists and managers build confidence, authority, and teams that truly want to work together – not just complete tasks.
I believe that effective leadership starts with self-awareness and authenticity. That’s why in my work I focus on empathy, an individual approach, and personal growth aligned with one’s values.
I mainly work with tech companies and IT leaders, supporting them in communication, relationship building, and team management.
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
I want to support my Mentee in finding their professional path, discovering their strengths, and building confidence – no matter the career stage.

My goal is for the Mentee to act with more awareness, calm, and courage in making decisions after our work together.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I see mentoring as a partnership – a trusted space where we can talk openly about challenges, ideas, and doubts without judgment.
I like our meetings to be practical, but also thought-provoking.
Mentoring with me combines reflective questions with practical exercises and tools that you can apply immediately in your daily work or career.
I won’t tell you exactly “how to live” – instead, I’ll help you discover how you want to live and consciously build your own career path.
I’m based in Wrocław, and I’m happy to meet in person or online.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
Authenticity, mutual respect, and curiosity about other people.
I believe a good relationship is one where both sides feel heard and can learn from each other.
I value openness, honesty, and readiness to talk – even about difficult topics.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I’d love to meet you, hear what matters to you, and help you use what you already have – so you can feel fulfilled in both life and work.
I invite people who:
– want to grow professionally and better understand their strengths,
– want to consciously build their personal brand,
– need support in building confidence or finding themselves in a leadership role,
– are open to reflection and ready to take responsibility for their growth,
– believe that relationships, communication, and collaboration truly matter.

Topics depend on what the mentee wants to work on. We can discuss but are not limited to:
- Resume/CV
- Career Planning, options, pros & cons of different jobs/industries
- Change management
- Leadership development
- People & organizations management; leadership styles
- Business/commercial models

How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I expect the mentee to be proactive and engaged. Mentee does not need to know exactly what they want but they need to be engaged in exploring then.
I am quite busy but will make myself available, so it is important to keep the agreed timing – of course ok to reschedule with prior notice.
We should work together with openness, tolerance and respect.
Overall, this is a 2-way collaboration/relationship to get to an objective, not a set of lectures.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
transparency, respect, integrity, keeping promises.
I invite to cooperation students who...
Both Polish & English speaking, I am neutral on the language of the mentoring.
No specific preferences besides being open minded & curious.

A few words about me...
Hi, my name is Ewa Błońska. I am over the moon every day and teach people how to enjoy life and discover IKIGAI so they can go through life slowly, with “a sense/reason for being”. I help people understand how promoted by mass media culture codes influence their lives and how they can guide their own lives by connecting with their emotions and subconscious. I practice TMC (traditional Chinese medicine) and work with inner energy.
I am a Business Advisor and Life & Business Mentor for entrepreneurs who run small businesses or who act as freelancers, especially in the field of the service industry. I am also an Advisor to employees who are willing to be entrepreneurs in the foreseeable future. Previously, I ended my professional career as an employee holding the position of Managing Director of the Sales Department in the financial industry. I studied law (Master’s degree) and sociology (Bachelor’s degree).

What I want to work on with a mentee is...
I would like to inspire you and improve your abilities to: 1) observe consciously your thoughts and emotions, 2) resolve problems thanks to reflection, 3) reach good decisions without useless hesitations, 4) maintain inner peace regardless of the situation, 5) make real changes in life and business, 6) analyse the structure of your mind, 7) understand the conditions that control your decision-making processes, 8) get back to the balance between soul, body and mind, 9) discover your IKIGAI.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
My proposition is to arrange online meetings via my webinar room regularly, once a month ( 60 minutes). Our sessions can be conducted on working days (Mon-Fri) between 9.30 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. All sessions are recorded, and you have access to the recordings to dig deeper into the content. There is a possibility of starting with one offline session.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
Concerning other people, I focus on enhancing them to pay close attention to themselves so they can experience the real meaning of “self-development” as, in my opinion, the growth of people is related to their outlook on life and their ability to include self-observation in their day-to-day activities, not only to the consistent improvement of their skills. I am an honest and friendly person, and that’s why I focus on giving an understanding of the big picture, which means the overall context of every issue I describe.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I invite you to cooperate with me if you:
- speak English (B2 level or above) as I want to conduct our meetings in English,
- feel that everything I wrote above resonates with / sounds good to you.

A few words about me...
For 14 years, I have been the founder, investor, and manager in numerous startups and IT service companies, with a special focus on the web software industry available in the SaaS (Software as a Service) model. I began my startup journey in 2009 by founding a company in the EduTech sector – creating online courses. To date, I have developed over 20 applications that have acquired over 100,000 paying customers and over 1 million registered users. The companies I manage have sold their software and IT services for tens of millions of Polish zlotys. We actively sell in 50 countries worldwide.
In 2014, our team was honored with the title “Startup of the Year” in a competition organized by Business Link and the Ministry of Economy. This allowed me to spend nearly a month on business training in Silicon Valley.
On a personal note, I’m a father of three children, a husband, and a lover of Wroclaw (especially the downtown area). I’m an amateur long-distance swimmer and have a hobbyist interest in history, international relations (or as some prefer: Geopolitics). I love having long discussions with interesting people at various stages of life.
For years, I’ve been leading and developing communities that promote and foster entrepreneurship. This includes the Startup Founders association, BIPS – Business Individual Study Program at the University of Economics in Wroclaw, and Rebelpolis – A Community of Entrepreneurial Talents, where we help people enter the tech startup industry.
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
Expansion of an existing mentee’s venture (for-profit or non-profit) or refining it, preparing a plan, and supporting its implementation.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I offer my knowledge, contacts, experience, and most importantly – time. I will help you turn ideas into plans, and plans into reality – as long as you meet the conditions mentioned above.
It is extremely important to me that individual actions are carried out by the mentee between our meetings. This can be reading, talking to people, or working on their venture – individual work accounts for 90% of mentoring success.
We will meet every month for longer discussions during which we will refine the action plan and support its implementation. Based on our established relationship, there’s a possibility that we might engage in a longer collaboration (with a mentee from the mentoring program at UWr, I have the pleasure of running the startup Meditalent.pl).
In relations with the other people I focus on...
Ambition, determination, empathy, loyalty – this mix of traits greatly increases the chances that, regardless of where you are today in your career path or stage of project realization, I will be able to help you identify and fulfill your full potential.
In life, nothing is certain – every plan doesn’t survive a collision with reality. What’s most important in any venture is respect for other companions on the journey that is professional development or creating a new project.
I invite to cooperation students who...
If you feel you have untapped potential and the thought of not taking advantage of all the opportunities you have at this stage in life keeps you awake, especially if this unrealized potential involves ideas for creating something new (an initiative, project, product, service, company, etc.), there’s a good chance I can help.
I am looking for someone committed to their chosen venture (for-profit or non-profit), who wants to shape the world they live in, is ready to take action, is independent, persistent, and eager to learn.

A few words about me...
I am an evolutionary ecologist with broad interests in the evolution of life and the processes that have produced biodiversity. My research approach involves a fusion of traditional ecological methodologies with cutting-edge molecular techniques, aimed at gaining deeper insights into biodiversity, with a particular focus on avian species. My investigations delve into speciation patterns, hybridization zones, parasite-host interactions and behaviours governing mate choice.
Throughout my scientific journey, I have undertaken research internships both nationally and abroad, for example at Harvard University. I have actively contributed to a variety of scientific projects, both within Poland and on the international stage, as a Principal Investigator and contractor. My research findings have been disseminated through publications, available on my profiles at Research Gate and Google Scholar. Additionally, I’ve engaged in the scholarly community as a peer reviewer for scientific articles.
Teaching and its quality are important to me. I’ve been the leader during the development of a new specialization ”Integrative Biodiversity” for the Biology students. My ongoing commitment to education and continuous learning has led me to explore innovative methods for effective work with students. I believe in the profound significance of passing on knowledge and nurturing the next generation, a responsibility I wholeheartedly embrace.
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
My goal as a mentor is to develop my students’ research interests and help them find their own career path. With my support, I would also like to build my students’ self-confidence in communication and networking. Our goal will be to improve their research skills, starting from research questions to the final stages of publication. Together we will delve into the intricacies of evolutionary ecology, exploring diverse topics and methodologies.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I envision my cooperation with a Mentee as a dynamic, mutually beneficial partnership, a kind of symbiosis. I imagine that regular discussions, brainstorming ideas and troubleshooting challenges will be the core of our meetings. I will provide guidance and constructive feedback while encouraging independent thinking and problem-solving. I hope we will be together to celebrate achievements and learn from setbacks based on a positive and supportive mentor-mentee relationship built on trust and shared enthusiasm for our work.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
In interaction with colleagues or peers, I focus on building a vibrant and inclusive research community. I prioritize mutually open communication, respect, and the free exchange of ideas. I believe that the collective expertise of the scientific community is a powerful driver of progress. Also important is to promote diversity and inclusivity to make sure that all voices are heard and valued within the academic and research spaces.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I invite students who exhibit a genuine passion for evolutionary research and a strong desire to learn. I seek individuals who are driven, inquisitive and committed to making progress and a positive impact within an area of interest. A few words about me...
Hello, future Mentees!
My name is Anna, and I’ve been working in the IT industry for over 10 years as a Senior Project Lead and Competence Lead. I’ve delivered complex projects for international clients – from mobile applications to data-driven and machine learning systems. Recently, I’ve been expanding into product management and artificial intelligence, combining project delivery with a value-first, user-centered mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
In both mentoring and leadership, what drives me most are people and purpose. It’s not just about getting things done – it’s about discovering motivation, building confidence, and finding the “why” behind every action. I believe mentoring isn’t about giving answers but about creating the space to find them together.
As a leader, I follow the principles of servant leadership – I help people grow, experiment, and succeed. I love sharing my experience in project management, leadership, and product thinking, as well as in developing self-awareness and effective team communication.
Outside of work, I’m fascinated by books, art history, and the cosmos – they remind me to look beyond the obvious and connect ideas across worlds, people, and technologies.
If you’d like to grow as a Project Manager, leader, or simply a more self-aware professional, I’d love to support you on that journey.
Cheers!
Ania
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
A journey of growth, learning, and achievement. I aim to collaborate with my mentee on several key areas:
Project Management Excellence: We will dive deep into the world of project management, focusing on methodologies, best practices, and practical strategies to drive projects to success. We will explore traditional Project Management, Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban) and go through Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe. I will show you specific techniques and ceremonies that you can try regardless of the framework you choose (like PI Planning). I will provide you with proven and helpful templates (eg. project charter, release management).
Leadership Development: I’m committed to nurturing your leadership potential. We’ll explore leadership styles, effective team management, and the principles of servant leadership. I have completed the Oxford Leadership Program, thanks to which I will be able to provide you with knowledge in the field of decision-making, leading high-performing teams, setting vision, and helping your team grow. Together we will discover what is best in Management 3.0, giving you ready-made tools to work with your teams. I will show you how to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members, give feedback and work on their development plan.
I am a practitioner, I avoid theorizing and working on something that will not happen. I value practical knowledge and tools and I want to work with you in this way.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I envision our cooperation as a dynamic and collaborative partnership, where both of us contribute to your growth and success. Here’s how I imagine our cooperation:
Establishing Clear Objectives: To kick off our mentoring relationship, we’ll set clear objectives and expectations. I want to understand your goals, aspirations, and challenges so that we can tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
Creating growth roadmap – In our collaboration, we will work together to create a personalized growth roadmap. This roadmap will serve as a strategic plan that outlines your short-term and long-term objectives, along with the actionable steps required to achieve them.
Proactive Engagement: I encourage you to take the lead in our mentoring relationship. Come to our meetings with specific questions, topics, or challenges you’d like to discuss. Your proactive engagement will help drive the direction and effectiveness of our sessions.
Skill Development: Together, we’ll focus on perfecting your project management and leadership skills. I’ll share insights, best practices, and practical strategies to help you excel in your chosen field.
Celebrating Achievements: Celebrating your achievements, no matter how small, will be an essential part of our cooperation. Recognizing your progress is a powerful motivator.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
In my relationships with other people, the most important aspect to me is empathy and mutual respect.
Empathy allows me to put myself in someone else’s shoes, to genuinely understand their feelings, perspectives, and needs. It’s the key of effective communication and support.
Mutual respect is another crucial element. It forms the basis of trust and collaboration. It means treating every individual with dignity and valuing their unique experiences and contributions.
I believe that these qualities not only enhance our personal relationships but are also essential in professional settings.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I invite students who demonstrate a strong passion for development and enthusiasm to cooperate with me. First of all – I am a Project Manager so I invite all of you who want to gain or expand competencies in IT project management, Agile – e.g. Scrum Master or IT Project Manager, but also:
Develop your competencies in the area of leadership and building strong and motivated teams,
Get to know proven tools and practices for conducting workshops with clients (e.g. examining requirements and needs), improving team processes (retrospectives, team formation) or supporting the development of individual team members.
Focus on practice, not only on theory (and at the same time listen to interesting anecdotes from the PM’s life ;))

A few words about me...
I am a UWr Biotechnology alumni 1998. Back then DNA sequencing was done by Sanger and NGS was yet to be invented. PCR was an exotic novelty and GMO’s were going to revolutionize agriculture and manufacturing and eliminate world’s hunger.
At the same time, the youth unemployment in Poland was around 20% and many young people looked to the west not just for opportunities but survival. My journey started in 1997 with an 6 months ERASMUS Scholarship in Antwerp the was a life changing experience. I moved back to Belgium in 1998 to start a PhD in plant biochemistry and never really stopped studying. After a few postdoc projects in Belgium and Netherlands, I moved to private sector: clinical research, banking, European institution, until I found the niche that turned out to be a perfect fit: medical devices.
I currently work as QARA Manager at XEOS Medical, a Belgian start-up specialized in micro PET-CT. I work with a team of young, bright and very dedicated scientists who developed and continuously improved the products and that of course includes AI-based pattern recognition algorithms, that existed long before Chat-GTP. What I like the most about my profession is that it is never routine and (almost)-never boring. Every single day there are new problems to solver, new standards to learn, new technologies to explore and the most rewarding part is helping new technologies to reach patients and impact their lives for the better.
What I want to work on with a mentee is...
If you are a Life Sciences student and ask yourself what is my diploma worth and where can do after finishing Uni, I will be very apply to share my experiences and my network with you.
I will help you find your why: what gives you joy and energy; which professional career would fit best your character, your values and passion.
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
I live in Belgium, so I am only available for remote sessions. We can meet once a week online for app 60 min. To start, I want to get to know my mentee: what drives him or her, what are their strengths, interests and ambitions. Based on that we will work out a plan together of what we want to get out of our meetings: schedule, agenda and the assignments.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
In relations with other people I highly values self awareness: knowing your strengths and limitations and the ability to choose your battles is an important factor in professional life. It helps not only to focus on the goals, but also to maintain sanity when working under pressure. Another and equally important piece of wisdom that I gained from project management is that everyone us unique, with their own perspective, culture and baggage. We all see the world differently and facing with the same facts does not guarantee we reach the same conclusions.
I invite to cooperation students who...
I welcome students who are curios of different cultures, consider studying abroad or any other international experience.

What I want to work on with a mentee is...
The main goal to take part in such a program is a mutual learning.
Certainly, a lot of knowledge will come from the Mentor, but there is a lot to learn from a Mentee too, especially with regards to current world’s perception, possibilities and eagerness to develop, as well as with regards to expectations towards business/professional world.
From my side, based on gathered knowledge and experience, I intend to work on topics as below:
- career planning – wishes and possibilities
- getting professional experience – being a student
- basics of an effective sales (not always fast sales in an effective one)
- how to gain your customers
- building trade relations
- dealing with competition
- fitting the best market offer you can give
- skills to say “pass”
- values while being in negotiations
- leading/managing the team (often with different goals at first glance – what to sacrifice to have gains…)
- conflict management – anticipation of possible conflict fields, mediations, a proper way to lead the conflict
- international environment negotiations – building your position with regards to power distribution and culture differences
- an effective communication
- any other topic, relevant to a Mentee, which Mentor has knowledge on
How I imagine my cooperation with a mentee...
Cooperation based on mutual meetings, discussion and dialogue.
For each meeting both sides will be properly prepared – the Mentor will have a substantive part, and a Mentee will have clear expectations of what to learn.
Gladly will present the environment of my daily work, if possible will show also market part of the job – trade partner visit for instance.
Meeting can be held at the university facilities or in D+H Polska premises – there are conference rooms to be used.
There will be one case study given to a Mentee, for his/her own development and one of the meetings will be with regards to this case study analysis – case study subject depending on a Mentee’s interest.
For each meeting there will be key words prepared, based on which it will be possible to have a substantial discussion, as well as taking notes, so a Mentee will have possibility to revert the knowledge afterwards.
A must of such meetings will be a Mentee’s feedback regarding meeting his/her expectations, necessity to go deeper in the given subject or, possibly, changing the subject – only with a proper interest and engagement such meetings will be fruitful and reasonable.
In relations with the other people I focus on...
Mutual respect, ability to hear (not only to listen), being open for discussion, serious treatment of arguments given, also readiness for a compromise.
I invite to cooperation students who...
Want to taste the practical side of sales and management, experience real situations which happen in company’s life and on the market.
Are open for challenges, eager to spend some time to gain such a practical experience, as well as will openly communicate the level of their expectations being met and differences between their vision of professional life and the reality of this.
