Information clause

I acknowledge that:

1. The Controller, obliged to ensure that the processing of my personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the law, is the University of Wrocław, pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wrocław;

2. The Controller has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: IOD@uwr.edu.pl;

3. My personal data is processed for the following purposes related to my search for employees: providing job /internships / volunteering offers.

4. My personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients: students / graduates looking for job / internships / / volunteering offers.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that:

1. My data will be kept for the period in which I will be looking for employees via the website. The end of this period will take place within 7 days from the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data and sending to the address: abk@uwr.edu.pl a request to stop processing personal data on the website.

2. I have the right to request the administrator to access my personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. However, I am aware that my powers may be limited by specific legal provisions;

3. I have the right to withdraw my consent, which is the legal basis for processing, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

5. Providing personal data is a condition of providing job / internship offers on the website;

6. My personal data will not be subject to automated decision making,

7. My personal data will not be profiled, i.e. the assessment of certain personal factors.
