The 21st edition of CAREER CAMPUS - Job and Internship Fairs is coming up

CAREER CAMPUS Job and Internships Fairs  is a recurring event held twice a year by the Academic Career Office of the University of Wrocław. Its goal is to provide a space that supports valuable networking between students and graduates of the University of Wrocław and employers. 

Job and Internships Fairs enable: 

  • Presenting career opportunities in various organizations, 
  • Familiarizing students and graduates with employers’ expectations, 
  • Preparing partitcipants for the transition to the labour market. 

Why is it worth becoming an exhibitor? 

CAREER CAMPUS is a unique opportunity to promote your company within the academic environment to attract new, qualified employees. 

As an exhibitor, your organization can present various job offers – from internships and traineeships to full-time positions. This allows your company to reach out to people starting their professional journey, those seeking their first permanent job after graduation, and those transitioning to new employment.

Your presence at the Fairs also enable to shape your organization’s image as an attractive workplace. An opportunity to present the company’s culture, values and possibilities of development.

Participation in the Job and Internship Fairs – CAREER CAMPUS also provides a unique opportunity to establish connections with potential future employees. Direct conversations allow employers to understand the aspirations, skills, and potential of young talents. Such interactions help to create trust and provide a better understanding of candidates’ expectations and abilities, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

The Job and Internship Fairs – CAREER CAMPUS is also an excellent opportunity to promote your company within the academic community of the University of Wrocław. The event, held on the university campus, allows you to reach a wide audience of students and graduates from various fields and specializations, helping to build brand recognition.

Participation in the event is completely free for exhibitors.  

We do not charge any fees for exhibition space or participation in the Fairs.

Proposals for additional initiatives at exhibition stands.

We encourage exhibitors to introduce additional initiatives at their stands, such as quick CV consultations with company specialists, advice on job interviews, or competitions.

Fairs exhibitor registration process  

  1. Registration Form – On the day the exhibitor registration opens, the registration form will be made available on our website. Based on the submitted forms, we will make a decision regarding the qualification of companies to participate in the Fairs. 
  2. Confirmation of participation – After the registration period ends, we will send you within 7 days the confirmation of qualification to the selected Exhibitors.
  3. Organizational Form – Once a company is qualified, Exhibitors will receive an organizational form with details regarding the event.
