Information clause

I acknowledge that:

1. The Controller, obliged to ensure that the processing of my personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of the law, is the University of Wrocław, pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wrocław;

2. The Controller has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted via the following e-mail address: IOD@uwr.edu.pl;

“My data is processed for the following purposes related to registration on the website of the Career Office of the University of Wrocław: setting up an account, using the portal’s functionalities such as: applying for job offers / internships / projects posted by employers and / or university employees, communication with the Career Office , employers and / or university employees via the internal e-mail.”

3. My personal data may be made available to the following categories of recipients: employers who registered on the website and submitted a job / internship offer or university employees who submitted a project offer. The disclosure my personal data takes place only in the case of self-submission of my personal data by clicking the “apply” button next to the selected job / internship / project or by sharing my card. Sharing a card makes it visible to employers.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that:

1. My personal data will be kept for the period in which I will have an account on the portal. The end of this period will take place within 7 days from the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data by clicking on the “delete account” button. After deleting the account, the data will be anonymized and the action of deleting the account will be recorded in the system.

2. I have the right to request the administrator to access my personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data. However, I am aware that my powers may be limited by specific legal provisions;

3. I have the right to withdraw my consent, which is the legal basis for processing, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office;

5. Providing personal data is a condition of access to the job / internship offers on the website;

6. My personal data will not be subject to automated decision making,

7. My personal data will not be profiled, i.e. the assessment of certain personal factors
