Launched in 2022, the Ambassador Program is an initiative run by the Academic Career Office of the University of Wrocław addressed to undergraduate and doctoral students of the University of Wrocław who wish to actively develop their skills, gain hands-on project experience, and have a real impact on university life, all while also gaining an inside perspective on how the Academic Careers Office operates. The Ambassador Program is not a predefined script, but an open space for action. Participants have the opportunity to initiate their own projects, co-create events related to careers, competencies, and personal development, as well as build professional networks and gain practical skills with the ongoing support of the ABK team.
This year, for the first time, we have also invited our international English-speaking students to participate!
The current edition of the program is already underway. Ambassadors have already planned their areas of activity, and began working on their own initiatives.

Hello! I’m an International Relations’ student in Wroclaw, from Ecuador! My interest as an Ambassador of the office carrier is to create a path of expertise and experience for all the students to make their university experience more dynamic and agile.

My name is Mansur and I am a Master’s student in Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wrocław. I come from Azerbaijan and I am interested in media, communication, and storytelling. As an Ambassador of the Academic Career Office, I enjoy helping students learn about opportunities that can support their career development. In my free time, I like reading books, watching films, practicing MMA, and traveling. I enjoy meeting new people and exploring different cultures and ideas.
Victoria
I am a Bachelor of Business and Administration and a French Philology student at the University of Wrocław. As an ABK Ambassador, I am eager to help students discover the opportunities offered by the Academic Career Office. My main professional interests focus on business, marketing and sales. Beyond my studies, I am deeply passionate about the automotive, music, and fashion.

EDITION I – 2022/2023
- 9 Ambassadors,
- Independent preparation and implementation of the study: “Career plans and expectations of students of the University of Wrocław in relation to the labour market situation” – along with a thematic discussion panel at the Job Fair,
- “A Day with an Ambassador” initiative,
- Study visit to the 3M company and participation in the training “Change Management”,
- Professional Ambassador photo session,
- Participation in the Climate School Conference,
- A series of recommendations prepared by our Ambassadors.
EDITION II – 2023/2024
- 5 Ambassadors,
- “Rekrustacja” (Recrustation) – a two-day original project created by 4 Ambassadors, consisting of workshops and meetings focused on skills development and career planning,
- “Ambassador Day” initiative,
- Preparation of promotional materials for ABK events,
- ABK presentations during classes,
- Professional Ambassador photo session.

The qualities of an ideal Ambassador: 😊
- communication skills – both face-to-face during meetings and online, especially in social media,
- engagement – we’re looking for active students eager to explore new paths, take initiative, and build positive relationships within the academic community,
- organization & responsibility – an opportunity to practice time management, planning, and independent project execution (with the support of the Academic Career Office, naturally!),
- creativity – a fresh perspective, good energy, and original ideas for Ambassador events and their promotion,
- willingness to learn & grow – openness to developing new skills and strengthening existing ones.

- together with other Ambassadors, you will design, plan, and organize an event related to career development, competencies, or personal growth – with our full support!
- you will take part in a professional Ambassador photo session,
- you will promote the initiatives and events of the Academic Career Office, including our Job & Internship Fair – Career Campus in November 2025,
- you will act as a bridge between the ACO and the student community.
Share your own ideas – we are open to your suggestions on which career-related areas you would like to explore.
At the beginning of the Program, we’ll meet to talk about time management.
The program will run from November 2025 to June 2026. We plan:
- around 1–2 meetings per month,
participation in the one-day Job & Internship Fair in November,
participation in the event you co-create as part of the Program,
attendance at the professional photo session with our photographer.
The Academic Career Office Ambassador Program is a space full of opportunities – but how much you gain depends entirely on you. Your engagement, initiative, and willingness to act will be essential.
We provide tools, support, and inspiration – but it’s your activity that shapes the experience. This isn’t a ready-made scenario – it’s a platform where you can build your own experiences, develop your talents, and create something meaningful.
