Peloton SV is a quantitative trading and technology firm focused on identifying and developing raw talent. We hire graduates from mathematics, physics, engineering, and related fields who are curious, numerate, and independent thinkers. We’re less interested in polished CVs and more interested in people who think clearly, work quietly, and learn quickly.
Our training programme is designed to build technical and analytical skills from the ground up. No prior programming experience is required — we teach everything on the job. Candidates with an interest in computing, Linux, or statistical tools like Matlab, Octave, or R will feel at home here, but we welcome all backgrounds.
We value sharp thinking, strong fundamentals in maths and logic, and a willingness to get stuck in and figure things out. Salaries grow quickly as progress is demonstrated.
