My name is Aleksandra Zacharek-Glińska. I work as Data Entry Lead in LexisNexis Reed Tech. In my work I focus on two key areas: employee development and team management.
I am a graduate in law from the University of Wrocław, and I hold a master’s degree in International Business. My professional career has spanned a decade, during which I have always strived to effectively combine these two different fields of education. This enables me to approach problems from various perspectives, combining a practical approach with theoretical know-how.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about personal development techniques. I believe that continuous striving for skill and self-awareness development is the key to success in both professional and private life. I continuously work on developing myself and my skills, and I also aim to help others reach their full potential.
Furthermore, I love to travel, especially with my family. Exploring new places, cultures, and flavors is very inspiring to me and gives me a lot of satisfaction.
In working with a Mentee, one of my primary goals is to provide support in developing a long-term career plan. I would also like to support the Mentee in acquiring and improving the necessary professional skills.
During our meetings, we will have the opportunity to explore various career paths available after completing legal or economic studies. We will discuss traditional options, such as working in a law firm, as well as alternative paths, such as legal consulting, the public sector, or corporate employment. Together, we will develop an action plan to help the Mentee achieve their her/his goals.
In my role as a mentor, I am committed to attentive listening and the provision of thoughtful guidance. I will foster the mentee’s skill development and actively assist in building a professional network. Our collaboration aims to expand professional expertise, enhance self-assurance, and develop leadership skills.
I am determined to ensure our collaboration is inspiring and fruitful, contributing to the mentee’s success and fulfillment along their career path.
In relations with the other people, I focus on mutual understanding and empathy. I believe that being a good listener is a key factor in building strong and meaningful connections.
Supporting others in achieving their goals and personal growth is a top priority for me. I strive to create relationships that are mutually beneficial and help others in their development and success.
I invite individuals who are just starting their professional career, as well as those who have already gained experience in the job market but wish to collectively contemplate further development of their career paths.
